Application for Counseling Service

Applying for consultancy service from IDEAM means that you accept and approve the Mutual Obligations and Responsibilities of the Consultant and the Client within the scope of IDEAM's “Statistical Professional Values and Ethical Principles”.

Application process

  1. Download the Consultancy Request Form from the Forms and Documents section and enter the relevant information.
  2. Please mail the Consultancy Request Form to ideam@gazi.edu.tr.
  3. After your application has been evaluated, you will be contacted via e-mail or telephone.
